Our 8’ X 10’ units are 80 square feet of floor space and can approximately hold the contents of one small room or office.  The ceiling height is 10 – 12 ft. tall, and the roll-up door is 6 ft. 9 in. wide X 6 ft. 10 in. tall.

Our 10’ X 24’ units are 240 sq. ft. of floor space, which is approximately the size of a one car garage.  This space will approximately hold the contents of a two bedroom home, or a full size pickup truck plus extra room for some plastic household storage containers or other small household items.  The ceiling height of these units is 10 – 12 ft. tall and the roll-up door is 8 ft. 9 inches wide X 6 ft. 10 inches tall.

Our type storage is considered “cold” storage, as there is no climate control or inside lights.  

All units have a cement floor, full height walls, ceiling insulation, and a metal roll-up type door.  A security lock and key is provided with each rental.   Please contact us for more information and pricing.

We recommend….

• Using plastic household containers instead of cardboard boxes as cardboard will eventually break down.  Plastic containers also stack more securely;
• Placing tarps or pallets under furniture and other items not in containers, this barrier will protect your belongings from moisture;
• Not storing any food items that may draw mice, and using “d-Con” or some other mouse deterrent is always recommended
